Nursing Clinical Adjunct Faculty
A fellowship program to increase the throughput of nursing students and the preparedness of new nurses by addressing challenges with the clinical adjunct faculty workforce, resulting in improved clinical faculty recruitment, retention, and readiness for the role
Respiratory Therapy
A collaboration with our hospital and academic partners to research and identify solutions for the shortage of respiratory therapists in Cuyahoga County
